Return and Refund Policy

Refunds are not available for unsealed RPG books, anything with a redeemable digital code that has been opened/redeemed, CCG card singles, single loose dice, health/personal care items, beauty items or food and beverage items.

Items that are purchased in our brick and mortal location can be returned, refunded or credited back as store credit within 7 days of purchase if the product is unopened and undamaged.

Items that are purchased through our website can be returned 7 days after delivery. Return shipping will be at the cost of the purchaser as well as any other fees associated with return of the package. Shipping cost and fees of the original item will not be refunded. The refund will be given once the undamaged/unopened product has been received and inspected.

We can not control 3rd party delivery services, weather, hazards, or package delivery to the wrong address. Once we send off an item it is out of our hands on how long it takes to get to you.

Please make sure to order at minimum two weeks in advance or more during high order traffic times such as the holiday season.
